Resend webhook delivery
Bearer ds_live_ / ds_test_POST
/api/v1/merchant/webhook/deliveries/{id}/resendQueues the webhook for a logged delivery again. The transaction's current state is sent as a new delivery (with its own retries).

| NOT_FOUND | 404 | No delivery with this id, or it is not linked to a transaction (resendable: false). |
| RATE_LIMITED | 429 | More than 20 resends in a minute. |
